6. Refund Policy

All purchases of legal services, whether on a subscription or one-time basis, are considered final once work has commenced or documents have been delivered.

However, if you believe that a billing error or service failure has occurred, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Services were not delivered as agreed or outlined in writing
• A duplicate charge was made
• A cancellation occurred before any legal work began

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. LegalNest reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or fraudulent refund claims.
